Our cancellation conditions
To receive a full refund, travelers must cancel within 48 hours of booking and cancellation must occur at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
If a guest cancels 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, but not within 48 hours of booking, you will receive a payment equal to 50% of all nights booked.
If a traveler cancels between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, but not within 48 hours of booking,
you will receive a payment equal to 25% of all nights booked.
If the traveler cancels after this period, i.e. within 7 days before arrival, you will owe the full amount of nights reserved without any possible refund.

Cancellation insurance will reimburse you for the prepaid amount and reimburse any non-refundable travel expenses you paid, if you cancel your trip before departure for an unforeseen reason.
